Emergency incident guidelines for CLSA

Updated May 2016

  1. 1)  For any case requiring first aid care, if emergency care will be needed call 911 as soon as possible.

  2. 2)  Administer first aid or care as possible, do not put additional people at risk.

  3. 3)  For any emergency on the water, transport the injured person to the state ramps at South Shore Marina. Call 911

    ASAP and request the squad respond to South Shore Marina boat ramp.

  4. 4)  For any emergency on club or state property call 911 ASAP and request the squad respond to CLSA club house –

    designate a member to wait for the squad at the driveway / parking lot entrance to direct the squad to the injured person.

For any incident, please send a note promptly to the club safety coordinator by email at SAFETY@CLSA.US. CLSA Incident report can be downloaded from CLSA.US, copies also in first aid cabinet in kitchen

Boating accident reports can be downloaded from ODNR or from CLSA.US. (These must be filed with ODNR within 48 hours.)
